Atlanta-Based RIA Joins Triad Advisors

Atlanta, GA-based Sugarloaf Wealth Management has joined Triad Advisors, an independent broker-dealer and RIA, as an independent branch office. Founded in 1989 by Jeffrey Manry, Sugarloaf is an independent registered investment advisory firm which provides financial planning, investment advisory and estate planning services. Its principals Jason Connolly, Douglas Everett, Taylor Manry and Adam Wilson manage over $250 million in client assets. “The decision to join Triad Advisors was based upon their commitment to an open architecture model and serving the needs of a growing RIA firm,” said Connolly. “As they move towards a hybrid RIA model we look forward to helping them better serve their clients through an expanded menu of products, services and solutions,” added Mark Mettelman, president and chief executive of Triad Advisors. Triad Advisors is a subsidiary of New York-listed Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services. It provides a range of products, trading and technology systems to some 500 advisors in the US.
